A tried and true exercise to promote positive energy levels


Feeling good results in good energy!

Below is an exercise that enhances your general feeling of wellness and happiness by strengthening your connection to the universal principles of success.

The exercise is based on the best-selling book The Secret of Empire Builders.
In first part of the exercise we familiarize ourselves with the principles employed by uber-successful leaders. These principles enable us to achieve our potential.

The second part of the exercise deals with the good feeling we experience as a result of implementing these principles in our lives.

Please answer these few questions in your free time:
  1. What are the benefits you could achieve by being a better friend to yourself and increasing the amount of constructive and enjoyable activities you do (such as: hiking, sports, learning etc.)? This principle focuses on personal well-being and as a result enhances your emotional resources. Choosing to partake in pleasant activities significantly improves your overall happiness. What was the most satisfying aspect of this principle in your experience?
  2. What are the benefits and satisfaction you could achieve by sharpening your mind and senses and strengthening the principle of concentrated force? This principle improves your precision and increases the pleasure you experience as result of increased efficiency. What was the most enjoyable aspect of employing this level of concentration and force in your experience?
  3. What are the benefits you could achieve by employing your knowledge and expertise in a certain area or subject? By honing your knowledge and developing expertise, this principle results in increased productivity and the ability to complete complex tasks and plans with success. Improved expertise increases your self-confidence, diminishes mistakes and conserves resources. At what point did you most enjoy employing your knowledge and expertise?
  4. What are the benefits you could achieve by gradually developing your greatest skills and abilities? This principle allows you to improve your individual skills while bringing you closer to achieving your potential. Knowledge and expertise are a form of power that enables you to enjoy increased progress of a higher quality. At what point did you most enjoy developing your strengths and skills?
  5. What are the benefits you could achieve by striving for inner peace and serenity while doing constructive acts? This principle enables you to execute more activities with greater energy. The inner peace you experience will make the activity itself more satisfying and strengthen your ambition and leadership. At what point did you most enjoy employing this principle?
  6. What are the benefits you could achieve by planning and preparing yourself for situations of increased stress? This principle enhances energy levels and general awareness in high stress situations. Improving your readiness for challenges makes your actions more smooth and fluent and better protects you from unexpected surprises. At what point did you most enjoy this planning principle?

Connecting to these six principles of success reinforces your precision and efficiency while increasing your joy, awareness and self-esteem.

Comply with the principles that favor a constructive life and constructive pleasure, rather than passive existence.

Comply with the principle understanding that just as there are some thoughts that can drag you down, there are others than can pull you up. Choose your thoughts as you would choose your food— make them healthy and uplifting.

Comply with the principle that maintaining a positive outlook and mood results in good sense and a healthy lifestyle.

Adjust the amount of power and grace that you allow to enter your world and align it with the power and grace that enters the world as a whole. The length and quality of life enjoyed by the world’s population steadily increases.

One of the shared traits of uber-successful people is a tendency to hold close to the values of life according to the Biblical Tree of Life principles. This means they have a greater awareness of how their actions both maintain and strengthen personal and economic success.

Be fully aware of the six principles, even if you have not always experienced them to their fullest. Regard these six principles as empiric truth in the same way Galileo Galilee whole-heartedly knew the earth was round when his peers believed it to be flat.

In this second part we will undergo an experiential exercise with the aim of understanding the benefits of the six principles:

Envision yourself at your most energetic, on top of the world, full of radiant energy and happiness. Envision yourself in this state, employing the following principles:
  1. Envision yourself enjoying being a better friend to yourself and increasing the amount of constructive and enjoyable activities you do, to improve your overall happiness.
  2. Envision yourself enjoying a high level of sharpening your mind and senses and strengthening the principle of concentrated force, improving your precision and increasing your output.
  3. Envision yourself enjoying the employment of your knowledge and expertise, and the increase in your self-confidence, as you diminish mistakes and conserve resources.
  4. Envision yourself enjoying the result of gradually developing your highest abilities, to enable you to enjoy increased progress of a higher quality.
  5. Envision yourself enjoying achieving a state of inner peace and serenity while doing constructive acts, this makes the activity itself more satisfying and strengthens your ambition and leadership.
  6. Envision yourself enjoying planning and preparing yourself for situations of stress or effort, improving your readiness for challenges and making your actions more smooth and fluent to protect you from unexpected surprises. Imagine yourself on top of the world and with much more energy than you need for your daily, energetic routine. Imagine yourself truly enjoying your daily activities and hobbies. Start and end your day with a broad smile and real satisfaction. Imagine how striving for self-perfection with the principles of success, will bring you closer to perfection of energy. Imagine yourself radiating constant levels of high energy. Think of how much joy and respect it would earn you. Feel the warmth of your energetic image – this is your optimal and true self. Just love it. It’s yours! Take it! Promise yourself you will not diminish this ideal; on the contrary, you will strive to reach this ideal to its fullest. For a short moment, feel the warm and uplifting experience you will earn by reaching this ideal fully and permanently for better energy and a happy life.
    • Practice this exercise for an entire month, devoting ten minutes to it every day. It will strengthen your positivity and give you a substantial energy boost.
    • Be sure to set aside the ten minutes you need every day and take note of how you feel after five days of employing this exercise.
